Dear Students,

For those interested in registering for the 2025 International Science Fair, please take note of the following information:

The internal school registration deadline is Tuesday, October 29th, 2024, by 4:30 PM. As the administration needs to process the registration forms for principal approval and submission to the National Taiwan Science Education Center (NTSEC), late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Please download the necessary paper registration forms from the NTSEC website starting from October 1st. Print them out yourself and submit them along with your project description.

Important dates for the NTSEC International Science Fair:

Registration:

Time: From October 21st to November 1st, 2024, 5:00 PM (the Equipment Department will handle the registration).
Register online via the NTSEC system using the school's account and password.
After completing the online registration, the "School Project Submission List," "Registration Form," and "Project Description" (all 1 copy each) must be mailed via registered mail to the NTSEC Experimental Division by November 2nd (postmark serves as proof), clearly marked "Taiwan International Science Fair Registration Documents" to complete the registration process.
Evaluation:

Preliminary evaluation: Expected to be completed by early December 2024, with results posted on the NTSEC website by December 16th.
Final evaluation: From January 22nd to January 24th, 2025, projects will be selected for first to fourth-place awards in each competition category. Outstanding projects may be recommended to represent Taiwan in various international science fairs, including in the U.S.

Please note:

If you need assistance with printing registration forms, feel free to contact the Equipment Department.
However, project descriptions must be printed at your own expense from a copy shop.
The school only serves as a registration point for the International Science Fair and does not provide additional support.
