Dear IBSH parents,

We're excited to invite you to our annual Open House at IBSH, which will be held on Saturday, September 20th, 2025.

I've attached the schedule for the meeting with homeroom and subject teachers, along with the locations for each meeting. We encourage you to follow the schedule and take this opportunity to connect with your child’s teachers. Our subject teachers will be available at their designated spots to discuss their classroom management strategies and share their lesson plans with you.

In addition, there will be a general discussion session with the Principal, Dean, and other administrators in the Old gym from 10:20 - 11:00. If you have any questions or concerns that you want the school to address, you may fill in the form below.  The school will address common concerns and provide valuable information during the general discussion.

We believe that students thrive best when teachers and parents work closely together. The PTA Open House is a wonderful opportunity to learn more about our teaching methods and gain insights into your child’s learning journey.

Friendly Reminder:
1. Please note that parking is not allowed on campus.
2. Teachers who are on leave will provide their materials at a later time.
3. To help maintain a formal environment for teacher presentations, we recommend that parents avoid bringing their children to the PTA open houses.
4. Student volunteers wearing yellow vests will help guide you around campus if you get lost.
