This prestigious award recognizes young women who demonstrate outstanding leadership skills and a commitment to making a difference in their communities. Winners receive financial support for their education and join a network of inspiring female leaders worldwide.

If the number of applicants exceeds one, an interview will be held at noon on March 20 to select the representative of IBSH.
