Dear Grade 10–12 Students and Parents,

Please check your email for the links to the following beginning-of-semester surveys. Every student is required to submit a response. The form may be completed by either the student or a parent; however, please ensure both parties are aligned before submitting.

For Grade 10 & 11 Students:

• Due August 27: Survey of Steamer Usage in Grades 10-12 during the 1st Semester of 20256-2027 (115學年度第1學期10-12年級蒸飯箱使用調查)  

For Grade 12 students:

• Due September 1: 115上-Survey for Seniors (115學年度第一學期 1st semester of 2026~2027)
• Due August 27: Survey of Steamer Usage in Grades 10-12 during the 1st Semester of 20256-2027 (115學年度第1學期10-12年級蒸飯箱使用調查)
