Below are important details regarding the upcoming semester's After-School Programs and Clubs:

1. Course Start Date & Attendance: All courses will officially begin on August 31st. If your child needs to request a leave of absence, please notify the Activity Section in advance.
2. Assembly Area: Teachers will assemble students in the 1st-floor Elementary Building hallway before class begins.
3. Tuition & Materials Fees: Tuition payment slips will be distributed by the school at a later date. However, if a course requires a separate materials fee, please have your child submit it directly to the instructor.
4. Dismissal & Student Pick-Up: Due to limited staffing, Grade 1–2 teachers will only escort students to the Front Gate after class. Please arrange to pick up your child there. If you prefer to use alternative gates, please make sure your child is clear on where to meet you.
