Dear IBSH parents:

The annual PTA Open House will be held on September 19, this Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:25 p.m..
You may find the schedule in the attachment.
一年一度的親師座談會將在九月19日，本週六
上午8點至12點25分舉行。座談會的時間表請參閱附件。


Here is the guideline for you to read the schedule.
First, find your child(ren)'s homeroom class, and read horizontally so you will see the subject of the different time slots.
Second, the majority of the meetings are located in the homeroom class, but for the divided group classes (such as Chinese, general electives, high school math/English and etc. ), please check the location and map in the attachment.
有關時間表的說明如下:
首先，請在表格的第一行找到貴子弟的導師班欄位，然後橫向閱讀您就能對照出每一個科目的座談時間。
多數的座談會在導師班級的教室內舉行，唯有分組的課程(例如:中文、選修課、高中數學或英文等)，請您參照附件第3-4頁的說明及地圖，找到座談的教室地點。

Regarding the COVID-19 prevention measures, here are the regulations we need you to observe.
1.School will open main gate and white gate only on Saturday.
There is no temperature checking at the gates on Saturday.
2.Please wear a mask when you enter and be on the campus at all times.
3.Please take attendance in every section you attend.
4.NEHS and IBSH have the events on the same day.
The campus will not open for parking, please come to school earlier.
有關疫情防疫措施，以下幾點事項請您務必在當天配合:
1.親師座談會當日學校僅開放大門及後面的白門出入。
當天進校園不進行體溫量測。
2.請所有人進入校園之後務必全程配戴口罩。
3.每一場座談開始前，請家長務必在簽到單上簽名。
4.當日國小部、國高中部與雙語部同時舉辦親師會，校園不開放停車，請家長務必提早出門，以免耽誤行程。
