All high school students are required to complete the following surveys. Please check your email inbox for the survey links. Every student must complete the form, regardless of the answer. The deadline for submission is Sunday, August 31, 2025. Either the student or a parent may fill out the survey.

• Grades 10–11: Survey on steamer usage for the 1st semester of the 2025–2026 school year.

• Grade 12 (Seniors): Survey for Seniors (including steamer usage and willingness to take the College Entrance Exam for universities in Taiwan).

👉 For seniors planning to take the first round of the Test of English Listening Comprehension (TELC), please provide the necessary information in the survey by August 31, and complete the payment by September 5, 2025.
